So far I've changed at 184500 miles is Timing belt, Water Pump, all 3 cam seals, belt tensioner, thermostat, Spark Plugs and Wires, Coil Packs. Pcv hoses, Valve cover gaskets, Coolant Flush, Oil change w/filter, Air Filter and Window tint. Its doesn't need much to get her perfect just can't afford it at the moment. Has so great features which are rare if you know Lexus GS.
