2004 Mercedes CLK 320 coupe for sale. Looks good, runs good, new battery, and good tires.
Drives well and is a fun car to drive. Has a few minor things to be fixed, but NO major mechanical issues, and nothing that affects drivability. So it is being sold AS IS and the price is negotiable to reflect this.
You can drive this car today and can get the minor things fixed as you go.
Good stuff:
- Looks good
- Runs good and is fun to drive
- Brand new battery
- Good tires with plenty of tread left
- New water pump and brakes last year
- Air conditioning works well
- 6 CD changer
- The Mercedes 3.2 liter engine is a bulletproof design and will run for a LONG time. Does not burn any oil.
- Good CARFAX report that I can show you.
Things that need attention:
- Sunroof and rear window shade not working
- Speedometer not registering correctly. I believe the mechanism needs to be cleaned and lubed.
- Cowl vent water drains need to be looked at to prevent water backups. (A common issue on this era Mercedes.)
- Parking brake needs adjustment, but does not interfere with driving the car.
I know an independent Mercedes mechanic who can fix these items at a reasonable price. However, feel free to bring your mechanic with you to check out the car.
