Vehicle Description
2004 Mini Cooper S in fair condition. This car has been well loved, and has quite a few cosmetic issues. It's a perfect car for learning how to drive manual, or for someone who wants a car that is fun to drive but doesn't care how it looks. Despite the cosmetic issues, the engine is still running well. There are no issues with brakes, transmission, steering or safety features.

Issues:
- The stereo system doesn’t work. It turns on, and you can change the radio station, put a cd in/out, but no sound comes out of the speakers.
- Cosmetic issues – large scratches on both sides, missing trim above right front wheel well.
- The oil pan gasket needs replacing (this is cheap and easy, I just haven’t gotten around to it)
- Regular wear from a car that old, the gear shift pattern has completely worn off of the shifter, the leather seats are worn, the chrome paint is chipping off of the glovebox handle.
- The driver’s side door lock is damaged from an attempted break-in and cannot be used to unlock the door. There isn’t a mechanical lock on the passenger’s side, so the electronic key must be used.
- I have issues starting the car in the winter if it sits for more than 3 or 4 days without being used. I recommend carrying around a jump start battery in the car.
- The wheel rims have extensive curb damage.
