This is a unique situation regarding my vehicle's title. When I shipped my 4runner here to the island a year ago I started a claim because Matson scratched the paint in some areas of my vehicle and left a few dents. I had my vehicle appraised deeming it salvage. I took the salvage money hoping I could fix it on my own and through Servco Toyota. I replaced everything besides the body of the vehicle. Unfortunately, I can't register my vehicle until the salvage work is completed by an authorized dealer in Kauai. The two autobody shops are Kauai Foreign Auto and Adolf's Autobody. If you come see the vehicle its hard to believe it was deemed salvage.
I have the clean title which I could give you. But you won't be able to register it in Kauai until the salvage work is completed which could cost anywhere from 8k to 10k to complete the work. The 4runner is in great shape and runs great. Let me know if you have questions as I know this is a unique situation. This 4runner would be a great farm truck or offroader but it's going to take a little work on your end to get the salvage title from the DMV to be registration ready.
