Used 2004 Xterra, not running, been for sale in Honolulu, HI
Vehicle Description
I have a 2004 Xterra that has been neglected and garage stored for five years. It was over heating in 2015 and so I parked it and then ended up moving away for several years. I’m back and need to get it off the property. I freaking love this vehicle but I have another ride now. It does not currently run, please note that. (In pictures the cinderblocks are for a board shaping project NOT related to the truck!)
Pros:
-Body is in almost perfect condition except sun fading on the front bumper
-Interior seating is not ripped and in regular beach vehicle condition, a quick cleaning would make it just fine. Fold down backseat good for storage
-Rockford-Fosgate 5 disc (it’s a 2004!) awesome sound stereo
-Ac worked ice cold last I drove it
-free and clear non- salvage title in hand!
Cons:
-reg & safety back from 2015
- when I last drove the car, it was over heating easily and the power steering didn’t work turning to one side. It’s obviously been sitting for 5 years so fluids and battery are dead.
-it’s in a garage at the top of a tricky hill, it will need to be towed
-interior headliner needs to be replaced
- I think the mileage was around 118000 but truthfully it could be a little more or less, it’s been so long I don’t remember. If you want to pop in a battery it’ll display that info
This car would obviously be a project or good for the shell. I have some receipts from the last bit of work I had done to it, but that was years ago. I LOVED this car but need it out as I don’t have money to figure out what exactly is wrong and fix it because I have a newer car anyways. Let me know if you are interested and I can try to answer other questions as best I can.
