Used 2005 Dodge Caravan for sale in bay city, MI
Vehicle Description
268,XXX on a 3.3L V6. Engine runs good. I currently drive this vehicle daily but am moving out of state and I am not taking it with me, since I have a truck. It runs and drives well.
THE GOOD:
I put a new radiator in it earlier this year. The battery is a couple years old. Tires are good with 60%+ tread remaining. transmission shifts well and engine has good power. Heat and A/C work well.
THE BAD:
Exhaust leak. Left Rear tail light doesn't work. It needs a new socket and bulb. I just haven't got to it. This vehicle suffers from what's called "torque converter shudder" it is annoying but it has been doing it for 3 years and I have learned to deal with it. The biggest problem is the CV joints started making noise about a month ago so that needs to be repaired soon. I don't know if it is one or both. I have replaced them before and it isn't a difficult job for a handy person. The parts are less than $100 for one CV shaft or under $200 for both.
other than that, it has a lot of cosmetic stuff and minor problems. It also has some rust.
