Used 2005 Ford Explorer for sale in EAGLE RIVER, AK
Vehicle Description
Here's everything, because I don't want to waste your or my time.
-She can start rough first thing in the morning and the check engine light will go on. A p302 code will come up, (misfire second cylinder) but giving her a little gas on startup makes this all go away, and once the car is warmed up it's not a problem when driving or until the engine completely cools down.
-The cabin currently has heat only and no cooling.
-Front Passenger window does not roll down. Slight gap, currently taped to seal.
-Brakes pads are still thick (pic), but when it comes time to do the rear, it would be best to change out the rotors (pic). The two pics are one front and one back. the front rotor were change at the last brake job.
-It was in two low-impact front end collisions several years ago with only cosmetic damage both time times. So, the bumper, headlights, and fenders are all still pretty shiny thanks to not at fault insurrance and Worthington body and frame.
-It's on it's second transmission, but still runs and shift better if it warms up a bit before take off
-cracked windshield
-I also have some yakima mounting brackets if interested.
-replaced alternater 2 years ago, plugs and wire 3 years ago.
-slow leaks at the front and rear difs, i top it off with gear lube every oil change but it doesnt take much
