For sale by original owner. Car has had all scheduled maintenance. Runs great. Fun to drive. Lower than average mileage for the model year. Registration is current (no smog issues as of last inspection). 2005 was the first model year for the tC. This car will be a classic some day.
Features: Dual moon roof (front one slides open). Air conditioning. Front and side air bags. Power mirrors and locks. MP3-capable CD player. Tilt steering. ABS. Cruise control.
The car has a few minor issues, listed here so they won't be a surprise later:
- Windshield has a small crack that was repaired many years ago, so it won't spread, but it is visible.
- Fan speed controls are very finicky. I just leave the fan set at medium and adjust vents as needed. Heat and a/c work great.
- The fabric shade below the sunroof no longer retracts by itself, but you can move it manually.
- Rear hatch liftgate handle is loose. This is a common problem on early model tCs, but it's easily replaced with a part that costs less than $40.
