The Cons:
Needs tires and alignment
Minor power steering leak, stop leak has appeared to fix it for now. Appears to be the seal where the stearing shaft connects to the rack.
Odd squeaking sound when engine braking, maybe U joint, maybe something rubbing driveshaft?
Ball joint boots appear torn, likely need to be replaced eventually.
Rust appearing above windshield. I have color matched paint but never got around to getting after fixing the rust. I'll include the paint.
Will need timing belt done at 210,000.
The Pros:
Newer struts, all 4.
Newer brakes, all 4.
Newer clutch, about 30k ago.

I have 4 aluminum stock rims with tires on them from a 2001 Forester I had before I purchased this car. I was going to use the rims for winter tires, but never got around to it. These 4 wheels are included.
Overall pretty goodshape. Could use a deep clean to get rid of some spills. It's a car with 200,000 miles. Interior isn't perfect. Never had any issues with it other than general maintence. Runs good, drives good. I am selling because I bought a second car about 1.5 years ago and I just don't drive it enough to justify keeping it.
