Vehicle Description

VERY RARE AND HARD TO FIND All-Wheel Drive Ton Passenger Van!!! She has been my daily driver for 10 years and has been meticulously maintained since I am an OCD mechanical engineer. The van features 8 passenger seating with TONS of space behind the bench seats for luggage, etc. There are separate controls for front/rear heat & air-conditioning. It also has the 5.3L Vortec V-8 engine, a Class IV 2-Inch Square Curt Trailer Hitch rated for 10,000 lbs. gross trailer weight and 1,000 lbs. (with a weight distribution hitch). A Tekonsha Voyager 4-Axle Proportional Brake Controller with 7-pin round connector & 4-pin straight adapter. The stereo features an AM/FM/CD player, and a recently upgraded Kicker 6-Speaker System. There is some rust at the bottom of the doors and side panels, typical of a vehicle that has been in the Midwest it's entire life, but the frame and the axles/drivetrain are solid. There are some scratches on the driver's side from HVAC ductwork that the wind blew against the van. The airbag light is the only idiot light that shows up & that is due to the passenger presence switch in the front passenger seat. The local GM dealership could not even find one to replace it with a passenger seat from a junk yard may be the only option? It has 168,278 miles and will increase 50 miles per day as it is still my daily driver. I regularly get 15 MPG city/highway combined and 18-20 MPG fully loaded on long road trips depending on wind speed & direction. The versatility of this vehicle is endless!!! You can carry just about anything 51 inches between the rear wheel wells, and 48 inches ceiling height through the back doors and higher once you get further in the cabin. The ONLY reason I am selling is because I bought a Chevrolet Express 3500 LT with 12-Passenger seating for when we visit grandparents...so they can ride along vs. driving separately.
