Bought a different truck so this one needs to go before snow flies. I do not hold items for anyone for any reason.
212591 miles on the body. I had the motor replaced by Jantz auto probably with about 120,000 miles on it with a motor that had about only 44,000, so the engine only has now about 136,591 on it and runs great!
I bought it in 2007 with 14,000 miles on it so I have had it a long time and treated it well.
This is what it needs:
Front tire alignment: I replaced the inner and outer tie rods just now but it will need an alignment right away or you will trash the good tires on it. Around $70 at farm and fleet.
Eventually a new wheel bearing needs to be installed in rear passenger side. I already have the $130 part so you just need to put it in. But if you don't mind the humming for a while it does not need to be done immediately. The equinox is famous for bad wheel bearings. I have already replaced the others.
HAS NEW:
Breaks, rotors, except for rear drivers side but parts (drum and pads) are in the vehicle for you to have someone do -- easy but they were not bad so I didn't do them yet.
New radiator and air conditioning cooling fans.
New water pump and thermostat
New transmission cooling lines
Unfortunately it has sat for a while so the battery went dead, I recharged the battery but not sure if this will affect your emissions testing but no emissions lights were on before the battery went dead. It will just need to be driven until the computer resets unless you know the resetting sequence which is on the internet.
Good to average wear on tires, maybe two years old but I really have not drove it since February.
