I have priced it reasonably according to the KBB, not considering all the major recent maintenance for over $6500 and needs nothing and ready for new home.

Listed for sale is a 2006 Honda Odyssey EXL with all the available options at the the time of purchased new. I am the single and original owner and have been meticulously maintained throughout the ownership. The oil was replaced religiously with Mobil1 fully synthetic every 7000 to 8000 miles,
It has leather heated power seats, navigation, backup camera, DVD player, parking sensors, automatic doors, Roof Rack with cross Bars. No tears on leather seats and are in very good condition for the age. There are tears at the rear bottom of front captain seats, but not on the seats themselves.
Transmission was replaced 2019 with imported Japanese transmission with 55000 miles on it and have driven about 8000 miles since then.
The car is being barely used for the last year due to the conditions. Have brand new Bridgestone tires from Costco, 2500 miles on them.
The car, mechanically, is in excellent condition and cosmetically in good condition with some marks on the rear bumper. It has strong engine and shifts smooth.
I have priced it very reasonably according to the KBB, not considering all the major recent maintenance for over $6500.
The Car is mostly driven by my wife and never been in major accident, we had a deer impact in the front couple of times and a fender bender which were repaired professionally.
It needs nothing mechanically and cosmetically and has lot of life left and is ready for new home, great car for starter families.

It drives great, shifts great. Well maintained. I just did an oil change. No problems at all, we owned this car for years and fixed anything that ever came up and it is ready to drive.
