Used 2006 Honda Ridgeline Truck RTL 4x4 AWD 4WD for sale in Orondo, WA

Let’s start with the good:
Top of the line RTL: Leather seats, power seat options including lumbar, heated seats both front seats, six disc CD changer AM/FM radio and iPod input. Compass in the rearview mirror. All power options, including Sideview mirrors, door locks, etc. Power Sunroof and moonroof. Cruise control, traction control, Anti lock breaks, all the time all wheel drive. Audio controls on steering wheel. Dual climate control. Brush guard/deer guard.
Brand new tires from Costco that were $900. Tow hitch that is wired with four pin brake adapter. Canopy with lock. Seats 5. Alarm system. 2 key fobs. Everything works great on interior.
I just changed the oil, transmission fluid, new power steering fluid, new drive belt, K&N air filter, and just replaced the rear differential fluid. 6 new spark plugs. Brand new battery from Les Schwab ($130). I also just flushed the radiator and engine block and added brand new coolant.
This truck will come with extra oil, belts, air filter, coolant, VTM-4 transmission fluid, some extra rear differential fluid, and two repair manuals.
So far, I’m into this truck for over $12,000.
Bad: minor scratches and scrapes on paint, a few little dents, and no hood prop (but does come with a 2x4 that works fine). 230k miles.
Ugly: low compression in cylinder #4. It starts, idols, and can run for 30+ minutes in either park or neutral. But when you go to shift into drive, it loses power, and dies. I know how to do refundar and routine maintenance but i can’t work on engines. If you know how, you’ll have a great rig.
Sale Must be completed at DOL office so they can transfer the title to you, no exceptions.
Will consider trading for another truck of comparable value as long as it’s 4x4 and has seating for 5.
