Vehicle Description

For sale is my 2006 Mercedes Benz E320 CDI with the rare, bulletproof Turbocharged OM648 engine(I6). The 648 is only found in the E class of this generation, 03-06. It’s no race car but at 200hp~ and 370ftlbs of torque this thing is smooth off the line and has the power when you need it, all while keeping the comfort of a Mercedes. I’ve owned this car for about 3 years now and it is by far one of the best cars I have ever owned. It has 171k miles and many more togo. Recently I have purchased an identical 05 model which is the reason for the sale. If you are looking for a safe, reliable, fuel efficient and practical car then this is the one for you. I drive from CLT to Raleigh often and average 40+mpg. On average in the city, I get around 32mpg. During my ownership, I’ve replaced a lot of parts which will be listed below. As for the bad, which are mainly cosmetic, the front seats have some tears, which is common with the 211s. I have some custom made sheepskin seat covers which are very comfortable and will keep the seats warm in the winter. Some of the A/C vents are slightly damaged but still are operational. The volume dial will sometimes turn the volume up when trying to turn it down, but the controls on the steering wheel work just fine. There are some minor scratches and dings in the exterior (Pictured). The windshield has a crack (Pictured). The CEL is on for an issue with glow plug #1. The glow plugs and the output stage have both been replaced which leads me to believe it is a wiring issue. There are no drivability issues and since it’s a diesel you don’t have to worry about an emissions inspections. Fog lamp assemblies.
Headlamp assemblies.

All fluids have been replaced including:
Oil changed every 6k-8k.
Brake fluid and Fuel filter every other oil change.
Transmission fluid/filter and pilot bushing.
Coolant.
Power steering fluid.
Rear differential fluid.
Aftermarket parts:
LED low beams and fog lights.
15% Ceramic tint.
Sheepskin front seat covers.
