Vehicle Description
I've absolutely loved this car. In fact the only reason I'm selling it is because I purchased another Subaru Baja!
The Good
You'll be hard pressed to find a Baja with original miles this low.
AWD which is great for those Nevada winters. Tires still have a lot of tread left on them. I rotate them every 3k miles when I do an oil change.
There is zero rust on this car and all the required maintenance has been done. This totals well over 5k worth of mechanical work at the Subaru dealership.
Average MPG is 22 between highway and city. I've been tracking it for the last few years.
Within the last 15,000 miles I've replaced the following.
Timing Belt
Water Pump
Head Gaskets (fully resurfaced by a metal shop before installing new head gaskets)
Spark plugs
Oxygen Sensor
Valve cover
Cabin Air Filter
Engine Air Filter
Oil Changes religiously every 3k miles
Recharged AC
The Bad
Rebuilt title from an accident with the original owner. (no frame damage)
Well documented tear in the drivers seat. (literally all baja's have this same defect)
Missing fuel door cover
Paint chipping off the front and rear bumpers.
Paint blemishes on the tailgate and hood.
Roof rack is old and in need of a replacement. I highly recommend the Yakima Railgrabs with 48" roundbars if you plan to replace them.
