50,000 Miles on the clock.
Very clean in and out. Lowest miles in the region
No issues. Very healthy. These cars go to 400 or 500k miles (usually 300k before any major work!).
Ultra low miles. Very clean zero issue vehicle.
I replaced hybrid battery and only reason it went bad at such low mileage is because that's what batteries do with a lack of use due to extremely low miles. Let any battery sit for 6 months to a year it will need to be replaced.
Under warranty until October.
Do some research on this car and you'll quickly discover it is the most reliable car EVER BUILT (I do actually believe this not just saying it - dollar for dollar it's the best car ever built). Going beyond 300k miles is not an exaggeration just comb through this thread:
They also take miles very well meaning a Prius with 250k drives basically the same as a new one.They don't "fall apart".
As a very experienced owner of gen 2 priuses (I have several of them) I would suspect you'll do absolutely nothing (except routine oil and tire changes) for the next 3-7 years (100k miles).Whenever you hit 150k you might do front struts or a wheel bearing.
If the lowest mileage gen 2 prius (this one) in the entire state of Michigan doesn't sell this month I'll just pull the ad and keep it.
Oh, it takes 7 to 8 gallons to fill the tank. And you can drive 300 to 400 miles before needing to refuel.
It's somewhere between $15 and $22 depending on how long you wait to fill up.
Compare that with other cars they take almost 15 gallons and need to be refueled every 200-250 miles.
Major difference in price at the pump and frequency at the pump. Once you go to a Prius you'll likely not want to go back just from the money you save at gas station.
