This truck is immaculate inside and out and runs perfectly! Absolutely zero issues mechanically!
Motivated seller as I'm ready to buy another Tacoma (my 4th), they're hands down the best truck ever made.
This is a highly sought after configuration with 4 doors, long bed, V-6, tow package, and locking camper shell and sliding windows.
Single owner since 2007. I purchased this truck when it was almost new (had 14,000 miles). No Accidents, Clean CarFax.
Everything works with no mechanical or electrical issues whatsoever.
Nearly all freeway commuting miles from Ventura to Santa Barbara.
This truck will easily go another 100,000+ miles in its current condition with no need for any type of service anytime soon other than regular oil changes (see recent services below).
The good:
Recently purchased set of 4 high mileage tires (lots of tread remaining)
New leaf springs in 2017 (factory recall, Toyota replaced them for free)
Newer Die Hard battery (July/2019)
Major overhaul/service (June-2019) which included:
-New front struts/shocks ($450)
-New front brakes
-Full Transmission service
-A/C recharged and sealed (blows extremely cold air)
-Spark plugs
-Induction Service/Cleaning
-Differential Service
The bad:
Hood paint is peeling like most 2005-2009 Tacomas.
Tire sensor light is on (!). All 4 tires are almost new and holding air fine so it must be a bad sensor.
