The car also has custom made WeatherTech mats in it, both for the trunk and all the seats.
There are two things to note. A sensor for the passenger airbag system went offline and I haven't gotten this fixed because it doesn't impact the drive at all. However, from what I know the sensor shouldn't cost more than 200-300 bucks for a repair shop to fix.
The second thing is that the timing belt is do for replacement sometime in the next 10,000 - 20,000 miles.
