Used 2007 BMW 530i 98K LOW Miles Fully Loaded - cars & trucks - by owner... for sale in San Mateo, CA

I am selling a 2007 BMW 530i with a little over 98,500 miles. This car is in excellent mechanical condition with a full history and receipt for last 5 years. The only reason I am selling the car is because I am moving to the city and do not want to pay exorbitant parking fees.

With an original sticker price of over $50k, this car has all the luxury amenities, a DVD based navigation system with voice commands, bluetooth connectivity, 18 inch upgraded rims with low profile tires, and many other features.

Cosmetically, there are dings and scratches on the car for its age and is reflected in the price. Mechanically, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this car and it is ready to go another 100K miles (with the legendary N52 naturally aspirated engine and one of the highest reliability scores for a BMW). It averages over 30mpg on the highway, even though it produces 255bhp. Most of the key components that need to be replaced at this mileage have already been changed (have receipts over $5K to prove), so you have nothing to worry about.

Car comes with a fresh oil change performed on 11/20, brand new cabin air filters. Registration is paid through Nov 2021 and it was smogged last month (good for 2 years).
NOTE: I am the 3rd owner and purchased this car in 2018.

Pros:
- The interior is immaculate. No rips, stains, tears etc. You will not find a cleaner interior for a vehicle of this age.
- Mechanically, this car is in perfect condition. I have performed regular oil changes (less than 3K intervals) with the best oil money can buy (Pentosin) and the engine runs very smooth
- Following items replaced recently
1. Oil Filter housing Gasket replaced at 96K
2. Front Brakes Disc + Pads + Sensor replaced at 91K
3. Rear Brakes Disc + Pads + Sensor replaced at 86K
4. Brand new cooling system (radiator, water pump etc.) at 84K
5. Starter replaced at 82K
6. Ignition coils replaced at 79K
7. Tires have less than 7K miles on them with over 80% tread remaining; was balanced with the new tires

A few negatives:
- Small crack on the windshield (from the inside; no impact from outside)
- Sun damage: Because it has been parked outside, it has sun damage on the hood and on the roof
- Left bumper nick: Someone hit the bumper when the car was parked on the street, has chipped paint
- Right Rear sun visor retractable spring is not working
- Rims have a few scuffs from parking curbs
