Used 2007 Honda Odyssey Touring Minivan with Nav, DVD want to sell ASAP for sale in Wausau, WI

The Bad (since 2 years ago):
Dash shows an (i) icon with message "9109 miles service past due B123", it is Honda's service information message stating that it's past 9109 miles since the light came on stating it recommends timing belt, plugs, filters, fluids changed. The (i) icon light can only be turned off from Honda tech once recommended service is performed.
Front driver side swaybar end link broken off, I could not replace.
Backup camera works but at times becomes a little dim or glared from light (been like that since I purchased it).
Front passenger seat back pocket inner seam can come loose if pulled hard enough.
Though I haven't been able to replace the sway bar link, I will include the parts with this purchase. I have checked car values online and this is my price for the van. I'm selling this vehicle, because my family just recently purchased a newer Odyssey. I don't have the space for this van anymore and would like to sell it ASAP, price is OBO.
