Welcome to my personally owned 2007 Honda Pilot EX-L. I purchased the car in July 2015 from its original owner with about 168,000 miles on it (lots of highway driving). I drove it regularly until May 2018 and have since used the vehicle lightly. The car has been good to me and extremely reliable as Honda Pilots of this generation are. I’m selling because I’ve moved into the city and really don’t have much use for a car any more. I’m excited to pass this on to someone who can use it well. I know this car top to bottom and have records of maintenance since the day I’ve owned it and a Carfax report from 2007-2015. I will be very honest with you about any known issues on the vehicle (detailed below) and am happy to answer any questions.

I’m currently in Washington DC on Capitol Hill. The car is titled in MD (former residence) and I prefer to show it in DC on weekends but can do weekdays if necessary during daylight hours. Known Issues:

Dashboard Lights
1. TPMS Light
a. Different sensors have been replaced over time. Because they’re not all the same sensor the system has trouble syncing them. If you want to replace them all to the same type of sensor you can. $20/sensor + maintenance

2. VSA + Exclamation Point Light - 84-1 Code
a. Likely a sensor needs to be replaced but doesn’t affect the driving whatsoever. Been on over 1 year without issues. Haven’t tried the dealership yet. Well documented on these threads.
3. Engine Ticking
a. Engine has had a ticking noise since I bought it in 2015. The engine has been opened up and adjusted during tuneups but no noticeable issues uncovered. Absolutely no engine problems since I’ve owned the car.

Exterior Cosmetic

1. Right Front Fender
a. Scuffed in a parking lot in 2015, fender popped out. Could be repainted and needs new clips to be fully reconnected

2. Rear Bumper
a. Small hole in rear. Purchased with this in 2015.

3. Right Front Fog Light
a. Cracked but still functional

4. Dents, dings, and marks
a. Appropriate with age of the car.

Interior Cosmetic

1. Driver Seat
a. 3-4 in tear in side of driver’s seat (pictured)

2. Steering wheel
a. Wrap is coming undone (pictured)

3. Trunk Liner Carpet
a. Stain on the edge. Haven’t tried to get it out but could come out with spot cleaner. Usually covered up by liner.

4. Rear AC
a. Works intermittently. Most of the time the fan doesn’t kick on. There’s a trick to it.

Electronics

1. Volume knob
a. Knob on middle console is finicky. Steering wheel volume control works better.

2. Driver interior light
a. The interior light located by the moonroof recently went out. Bulb probably needs replacing.
