Used 2007 LX 470 Land Cruiser 137k miles for sale in Boulder, CO

Decided to sell my LX 470 Land Cruiser after two years of ownership. In excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically, only selling because I decided to buy my neighbor's Volvo sport wagon to have something smaller and sportier. Two and a half years ago I set out on a mission to find the cleanest late model 100 Series Land Cruiser for me and my family. After searching for two months I decided on this LX here which I found at a dealership in Cincinnati. The car had one owner from new and the Carfax was full of service records from the Lexus of Louisville dealership in Kentucky. With the car being from Louisville I knew the corrosion would be at a minimum. That dealership also did the timing belt service at 99,839 miles as can be seen on the sticker on the engine cover. It had 117,500 miles on it when I got it and I have driven it just under 20,000 miles in 27 months.

After purchasing the car I have had it serviced at Charley's Garage, the reputable Toyota truck mechanic in Boulder. Soon after purchase I had them perform the 120,000 mile service and I ditched the stock Bridgestone Dueler tires for the fantastic BF Goodrich All Terrains, installed Rocky Mounts roof rack bars (still have stock cross bars) and Thule ski rack. Along with regular oil changes, in the past year Charley's Garage replaced both the front and rear brakes (pads and rotors).

These trucks absolutely live up to their reputation, there's a reason why you see them carrying VIP's across Africa and around the world! They are absolutely bullet proof in their design and build quality. All Land Cruisers and LX's are assembled in Japan and use the highest quality parts and materials. I understand the body panels are a thicker gauge steel, the windshield is thicker and more durable, the factory exhaust is stainless steel and apparently the trucks are designed for a 25 year life cycle. Its been parked near other cars that have sustained hail damage in the Front Range and this thing doesn't have a ding on it. I believe it to be all factory paint and to have never been in an accident as the Carfax didn't show any incidents nor has anyone found any evidence of any damage. All VIN tags are in place on doors, trunk, fenders etc.

I am truly only selling it because me and my extended family (no kids) never really used the capabilities of the truck and I have barely taken it on any off road adventures. My neighbor was selling his relatively rare Volvo V70R sport wagon so I jumped on that as my larger vehicle. I was so sure I was keeping it that the last time I got a oil change at Larry H. Miller Toyota dealership in Boulder I bought a three pack for $90! (I always like to take a car to the dealership once in a while to get a second pair of eyes on it.) Two more oil changes and a great truck are ready for their next family!
