Vehicle Description
This 2007 Mazda 3 currently has 186,700 miles on the odometer. The interior is clean and in good condition with minimal wear and functional buttons and switches. The exterior is in, well, less good condition with a few dents throughout and significant sun fading on the roof, decklid, and hood. It also appears that someone attempted to eat a trailer hitch with the front bumper at some point.
Mechanically, this little car is solid, everything works exactly as it should and there are no warning lights or abnormal sounds to worry about. The oil and filter were changed about 1,500 mile ago and the tires have plenty of life left in them. The air conditioning works but it could definitely use recharging in the near future. The car has spent its entire life in the south which, for the uninitiated, means that it has not been exposed to the all-consuming rust monster that plagues the Northern regions of our country.
I bought this car 2 years ago out of desperation. My previous vehicle attempted to self-immolate and I needed something that would run reliably and, when it needed service, would be easy to work on and cheap to source parts for. It is manual everything: transmission, windows, doors, locks, and seats. So, in addition to being reliable, driving this car will give you the opportunity to row your own gears and wind your own windows just the way it was meant to be!
