Vehicle Description

This car runs pretty smooth and always starts. Steering is tight and Brakes are firm. I just had to put a charge on the battery after letting it sit for a little while, so the battery may be on it's way out. I try to start it at least once a week for now and that has kept the battery in check. This car is currently on the road but I have two other vehicles and we rarely use this one. The inspection sticker has just expired and the check engine light has been on for the past year, with the car having little power when accelerating, otherwise, it idles fine and rides smooth with no problems maintaining speeds as much as 65/70 mph. The engine also seems to wind out a little (sometimes) before it will shift in to one of the higher gears (3rd to 4th maybe). If i take my foot off the gas a little when that happens, it seems to help it shift to the next gear.

All electrical components are sound. Lights / Horn / Wipers / Sound system (cd player) all work with the exception of the intermittent feature of the wipers in which case they work intermittently. The interior is very clean. This car was owned 'brand new' by my mother before she handed it down to me. Cash only please.
