Vehicle Description
My used 2009 Pontiac Vibe has a 1.8-liter engine and a five-speed manual transmission, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, 16-inch wheels and tires, six-way adjustable driver's seat, four-speaker sound system with AM/FM radio with CD, Sirius/XM satellite and an auxiliary input jack.
This car is the Toyota matrix, rebranded as a Pontiac, so the reliability and longevity you expect from a Toyota you will get with this vehicle. I routinely brought it to the car wash especially in the winter to get the undercarriage washed to prevent rust, and oil changes and scheduled maintenance were done timely as well (records upon request/when available)
Besides a couple cosmetic bumps and bruises that you can see in the pictures, this is a solid vehicle. With a good pair of snow tires, it got me to the top of all the ski resort access roads safely (The traction control option really helps climbing steep snowy hills!) Not only that but it is fun to drive, great for learning to drive a stick shift, an important skill I believe everyone should know how to do. The back seats lay down flat as well, providing quite a bit of storage space if needed.
The back brakes were recently done, but the front brakes could stand to be done before getting an inspection. I got a new to me vehicle, so haven't bothered to inspect the Pontiac, The price is set as is, if you can do your own brakes, its not terrible getting in there on this car, and at the shop probably around $300 to have done. It also just had a professional interior/exterior detailing at executive care care.
