The Acura dealer here in North Austin has been servicing this vehicle since new (including regular oil changes every 3750 miles). Interior is in great condition. Power windows, sunroof, bluetooth audio, and sunroof all work great. Front windshield has UVA blocking window tint ($400). Keeps the car significantly cooler in the summers.
This has a fantastic Honda motor that sounds amazing with a great chassis. The highway MPG is insane; about 36 mpg at 70 mph.
This generation of TSX will do 400k miles with ease. There was even a blog awhile back with a guy who had 500k on his (Google: "Josh Clymer TSX") -- it's a bullet proof transmission and engine, truly some of Hondas best. I took care of the big maintenance items when I bought the car, it'll need nothing but oil changes and air filters for the next several years.
Love this little car but a buddy sold me his 4Runner at an unbeatable price, so no need for two daily drivers.
May consider trades for something like a Miata or S2000.
