The cars only modifications are a cat-back Borla exhaust, K&N cold air intake and K-Sport Kontrol Pro coilovers.
The following engine maintenance has been completed and addressed:
Timing chain tensioner and valve cleaning @ 48k
Intake manifold @61k
Fuel pump control module @ 79k
4 new plugs & 4 new ignition coils @90k
Rear main seal, timing cover gasket, PCV valve replaced @ 95k
The following are the cons:
Check engine light is on (diagnosed as a faulty secondary air pressure sensor P2432). I believe I was estimated $200 to replace
The front end needs to be addressed, to my estimation lower control arms.
EPC light is on. No diagnosis to date, the light recently came on and has affected the performance
There is some unfortunate rust on the roof, around the radio antennae. Please see photos.
Has a few bulbs out
Needs rear brakes done but the rear caliper bracket bolts are frozen. I replaced the brakes myself and needed the car to be on a lift in order to get the leverage needed to release the bolts. I have rear brake rotors, rear brake pads and the oem caliper bracket bolts all that will go with the car.
The car drives, pulls and shifts perfectly apart from the issues listed above.

At the time of this posting, I am selling the car as is, in its current condition. The car is not being driven and I am not in a rush or desperate to sell so please respectfully no low balls. As time moves on and if I still have the car I will address the issues and relist for a higher amount so take advantage of the opportunity!
It can be driven, however I would not advise that with the current EPC light. The car is about $1k away in repairs away from being back into great mechanical shape.
The reason for selling is I work from home and no longer need a car.
