Vehicle Description
Since I purchased the vehicle, I have put time and money into eliminating pesky VW issues that are common in these vehicles. They are known for weak clutches. I replaced the stock clutch with a ECS Stage 2 clutch kit. It shifts smooth with nice engagement. While the 2.0 TSI is a great motor, they are notorious for flimsy rear main seals. Since I had the trans out, I installed a IABED industries rear main seal. It is a cnc aluminum plate and victor reinz rear main seal that will last far longer than any stock seal. Since the TSI is also known for stock diverter valves leaking boost, I installed a Forge motorsports replacement. I replaced the tires 750 miles ago as well.
The car runs perfectly. It has minor scratches on the rear bumper. The car was inspected in March with zero issues passing. The only reason I'm selling this car is because I want my first muscle car.
