Does have a crack in the windshield. 6 cyl 3.7 engine

The engine has a tick coming from the motor. It has had it ever since my brother bought it and he has driven it to California and back a couple of times a total of over 4000 miles and it runs smooth and drives great. He had the timing belt changed and assuming that was it but it was not.
The title is clear it was sold to my brother from TnT auto group for his son to drive to and from college but then the pandemic happened so the car has been sitting in the driveway. He never transferred it to his name but has all the paperwork from the dealership including the signed over Oregon title ready to go.
