Used 2011 BMW 135I Msport 6 MT Crimson Red canyon carver/DD, 62,214 Miles... for sale in Oceanside, CA

Clean title in hand, 6 MT. BMW CCA member, car enthusiast, Engineer and OCD. Zero accidents. Have a baby on the way and looking to get a Porsche Macan S or similar. I purchased the car with around 12-13K miles and have records for two oil changes though BMW due to time and not mileage prior to me owning(warranty is 12months or 12-15k miles) .The previous owner stated the car had been garage stored and I have continued that. I have records for every modification and maintenance item dated with miles. Oil has been changed every 3-6.1K miles with 4 blackstone oil analysis completed(all clean and encouraging a longer OCI and stating “This N55 is as nice as the come” see pic). I have every single stock part and many extra items.

HPFP from BMW warranty 46Kmiles(was having “long cranks” but really a friend of a friend hooked me up who is a BMW tech and my warranty was almost up)

Coolant(it's been done twice with OE BMW coolant, once for the water pump and once for coolant overflow tank replacement)

I’m sure there are a few upgrades/maintenance items I've forgotten. The car should be good for a long time, I've spent a lot of time working on it and have enjoyed every minute of it. It could be argued that the car was overly maintained at the expense of my time and money but I enjoyed it.

The Bad:
There are two fresh dents on the passenger side rear quarter panel area. I was quoted 400$ in September(I can email the quote). Front rotors are probably around 50% used(was waiting to install 335i calipers). The wheels are plasti dipped in gunmetal grey mixed with blak, its starting to peel in the front due to recent tire swap(I can remove at buyers request, the wheels are 100% curb rash free). The PE modded exhaust has started to rattle or maybe it's the exhaust valve.
