Used 2011 Chevrolet Caprice PPV 9C1 (police) for sale in Methuen, MA
Vehicle Description
The interior is good, again, for what it is. I replaced most of the particularly beat up, missing, and/or broken interior pieces: center console, most of the seat track trim pieces, “B” pillar trim, and center stack. It did have a prisoner partition, so there are markings and scratches on the seat back panels. The regular vinyl back seat is there. All the seats are in decent shape. The rubber floor is in great shape - no rips or tears. I gave the interior a good cleaning, but it probably could use a full detailing at some point.
The original 18" steel wheels are wrapped in Goodyear RS-As with tread depths from 7/32 to 8/32. The exterior has the usual minor scratches, scuffs, dings, etc. here and there from it being an eight-year-old police car (the agency also left some scratches and such from removing the striping, decals, and lettering). I removed the remaining striping, decals, and lettering residue. The Heron White paint still shows nicely. There are plugged/sealed equipment holes on the roof. I left the antenna bases alone on the roof and trunk as they are sealed. I have a new-used trunk emblem that will be put on before the sale. No holes in the bumpers The A-pillar spotlight is in place and functional. The undercarriage is VERY clean. All of the systems and controls function properly. I have two keys and two working remotes. I recently replaced the battery and changed the oil on 7/6 with Pennzoil full synthetic and OEM AC Delco PF48 filter. She also just got new rotors and OEM AC Delco brake pads up front.
She drove fourteen hours straight from Charlotte, NC to Methuen, MA with zero issues. Engine is strong and transmission shifts great. No fluid drips, leaks, or seeping. She stops and corners as she should.
The Caprice is a four-door Camaro. She would make a great sleeper project, daily driver, security, executive protection, or livery vehicle. I have a clean MA title in my name as well as the Carfax, which shows two minor crashes. I also have the owner’s manuals and a copy of the old North Carolina registration, which had her as Car #031. The gas card was in the sunglasses holder too! Cash only please: no trades for your boat, 1987 Mazda pickup truck, Civic, or partially disassembled Harley project. Other financial means will be considered (money order, cashier's/bank check, wire transfer, etc.), but I will NOT release the title or vehicle until the funds have cleared and are in my account. I am not a dealer, so unfortunately I cannot finance.
