Selling my 2012 Subaru Forester 4 Door. Asking for $ 8,800.00 or BEST OFFER!

NOTE: There are two prior fender benders. The car was hit from the rear -a couple of times- with minor damages to the bumper and part of the door. There weren't any structural damages, and the issue was fixed by insurance company. Additionally, the passenger chair has some form of a stain.
The car has a new MD inspection. Also, I have a CARFAX report, which I can send upon request.
The car has been used for highway/ long commute driving for the most part. I am the third owner, but my father owned it before me. The car is smoke free and has been garage kept. All oil changes have been done at 5k miles and regular maintenance has been kept up. Tires are still at about 50%.
