Used 2012 Subaru WRX Hatchback for sale in Ahwahnee, CA

I’m selling my 2012 Subaru WRX Hatchback. I am the second owner. This is becoming a rarer car to find, as the WRX hatchback is an extinct model. The first owner took very good care of it, as evidenced by his service record. He had the oil changed every 3,000 miles at Lithia Subaru in Fresno.
I purchased it from him in August of 2020, with approximately 45,000 miles on it. I had the oil changed at the dealer right after I purchased it, with no issues. A few months later, I did a little acceleration pull on Highway 152, near Los Banos. The engine died afterwards. I restarted it and there was a bad knocking sound from the engine. Unfortunately, the engine suffered a catastrophic failure, which required it to be rebuilt at Santa Cruz Subaru. The dealer stated there were metal fragments in the oil. The dealer installed a new long block, new turbo and rebuilt the heads. I have receipts for all the servicing.
The good:
Rebuilt engine with one year warranty from Santa Cruz Subaru (expires in February of 2022).
Car has just over 52,000 miles.
Dealer said clutch is at 50%
Michelin Pilot Sport 4s Tires in good condition.
Interior and exterior are very clean.
No accidents I know of - clean title.
The bad:
Power windows intermittently work. They don’t work now.
Front and rear brakes need servicing. Front end wobbles under heavy braking.
Small paint scratch on front bumper. (See picture).
Paint scratch on roof. (See picture).
Paint faded on hood scoop and spoiler. (See pictures.)
I have paperwork for every service performed on this car.
I’m selling it because I’m looking for a new car, (preferably one with a V8 - before they’re outlawed!)
