The car starts up and drives fine, but was recently in an accident that caused damage to the front bumper and the driver side airbag was deployed. There is also unrelated dents in the back left of the bumper and right side passenger door. Other than these issues the car is fully functional.
I have received quotes from multiple body shops in town for around $4000 to fix. I don’t want to deal with it so I’m probably just going to buy a new car.
Good deal for a mechanic or someone who can perhaps repair some of the damage themselves. I’ve priced it at the Kelly blue book value minus the estimated cost of repairs.
Since airbag is deployed you will have to get it towed or drive away at your own risk.
