The E-250 Extended has great square footage compared to most other vans and has a heavy-duty commercial suspension that can handle the weight of camper or mobile work space. And it will have MORE if you consider adding storage space to the heavy-duty commercial roof rack or even a second level tiny home loft. I've already begun making some custom modifications to prepare making it more of a tiny home/workspace than any 2013 or newer vehicle under $10k anywhere on island in good mechanical working order (everything is in great shape).
I've had it inspected on several different occasions with different shops.
Recent work:
New brakes, transmission fluid regularly changed, new tire and altogether well maintained.
Problems: Only that it has a small crumpled dent on the rear passenger side but doesn't affect the vehicle mechanically.

I'm including in the price, a consultation from years of tiny home research and development with this van I've made a plan for several upgrades, or we could discuss new plans. If you wish to add shelving, roof rack extensions for camping, upgraded solar PV system then we can discuss that for an extra fee. The inverter, backup camera and multi-media and small solar system with charge controller are a good start.
