The car drives great and has no known mechanical issues. But here's a full disclosure of everything I know that is wrong with the car.
* Front left fog light casing is cracked (light still works though). Honda in Salem NH said this would prevent the car from passing inspection and quoted $470 to fix. I'm sure it can be done much cheaper elsewhere though, and I'm not sure if it will even flag as an inspection failure elsewhere, the dealership has been thorough in the past with things jiffy lube didn't flag for example.
* Cosmetic issues are: dent in front of drivers side soor with a speck of rust at the end, rear passenger side bumper is slightly disconnected, hatch has a dent on bottom passenger side with some small rust, miscellaneous small scrapes and chips. See pictures for details. None of these cause functional problems.
* Honda multi-point inspection at 82k miles (see attached image) flagged some things: cabin air filter (I replaced this), recommended brake flush and coolant flush, listed 3 tires at 4/32" tread.
* I vacuumed the interior a bit but it's not detailed. There's some dog fur scattered around so beware if you are deathly allergic to dogs.
Relevant service history:
* Cabin air filter replaced at 82k miles (by owner)
* Oil change at 82k miles
* Spark plugs and Battery replaced at 63k miles
* Transmission flushed at 50k miles
* Purchased used in July 2017 with 42k miles
KBB suggests a private sale price range of $7351 - $9718 for this car in 'good' condition and I think this is on the upper end of 'good'. So I think $7700 is a very fair price. Even if you factor in full price repairs and service it's still minimum $1000 cheaper than you'd get from a dealer. I'm not interested in haggling for haggling's sake. If you don't think $7700 is a fair price for what I've listed, make your argument over email and we can discuss.
