I would like to sell ASAP. The people who were going to purchase it backed out very last second because they looked at a new car morning of our planned purchase and decided to buy the other vehicle instead because it was still under warranty.
Stupid me, had already put a deposit down to hold my next car because they were supposed to be buying it the following morning. Needless to say, I cant afford 2 car payments.
General information:
The car is 8 years old, I’ve had this car for almost 3, so there is general wear and tear, some scuffs some scratches inside and out, but all very minor. No rips or ugly stains in the fabrics.
New tires last year.
The engine has just been replaced on 4/20/21, which is why the asking price is on the higher end.
Due for inspection in June, but everything that needed to be replaced, has been.
I do have dogs, so there may be some fur in hard to clean places, but I will deep clean the interior before the car goes to its new home.
Synthetic blend oil is what I’ve been using with this car.
I’ve averaging 28mpg/34mpg city and highway.
It is a great car, I love it very much, but I need something bigger.
It is excellent for road trips and the Kia Soul has been used by many vanlifers, if you’re into that.
The car is still under a financing, so the buying process will be a little different.
we would meet at mechanicsburg carmax for the payment so I can pay off the car, and then we would go to a notary/ penndot licensed specialist to do transfer of ownership. (I am fully vaccinated for covid, so if you’d be more comfortable riding together after carmax, that is fine by me. )
Carmax has a “10 day pay off period” so the title for the car that penndot is holding would be mailed to you after those 10 days (if I understand correctly) or if you are financing the vehicle, the state would hold on to it until you are done paying off the loan. regardless, the transfer of ownership would automatically put the title in your name.
