Used 2017 Mustang GT with aftermarket mods, new wheels/tires for sale in Tucson, AZ

I am selling my manual transmission Lightning Blue 2017 Mustang GT base model fastback with about 29,500 miles. I still drive it occasionally so that it isn't just sitting, as it was previously my daily driver. I am the original purchaser of this vehicle (April 1, 2017) and it has been adult owned and driven only. No pets or smoking in it and I've never taken it to the track, nor do I beat it up or redline it. This car means alot to me and I'd prefer not to sell it however I recently upgraded to a more feasible family vehicle and it's time to sell. There are absolutely no mechanical issues, A/C still blows cold and I've changed the oil regularly through dealerships only. The paint is in great shape because it's been garage kept and no accidents. Interior is in great shape with no rips, tears or cracks. Below is a list of tasteful modifications (approximately $8,000 worth of aftermarket parts, nothing major and mostly bolt-on) that I've done with the vehicle both performance and cosmetic:

19"×8.5 American Muscle Magnetic Style gloss black wheels wrapped in Pirelli PZero Nero all season 255/40R19 tires with black 6 spline locking acorn lugs and 1" black billet aluminum hub centric spacers (installed less than 5,000 miles ago with full tread, no burnouts or donuts done with them and paid $2,000 for the whole set up)
I also purchased a full sized factory spare to replace the flat repair kit that came with purchase.
MMD black bolt on hood strut kit (purchased but not installed yet)

I might have forgotten a few things since I've done a lot to it. Most of the aforementioned items were bought through American Muscle and I can provide proof of purchase if necessary.

In the interest of full disclosure, I do not own the vehicle free and clear and I still owe money on it to the bank. For those interested and don't know what this means, it just makes the transaction a little safer because we will have to go through my bank for the sale of the vehicle and they will release the title to you once the balance is paid off. This vehicle is in practically perfect condition and whoever buys it will be getting a great ride.

I am asking for $30,000 OBO. I am in no hurry in trying to sell and will wait until I get what I'm asking for, or something close to it. I understand I am asking above KBB private party however I've invested quite a bit of time and money into this car and who ever buys it will be getting tons of free goodies and buying private party will save you a couple thousand since you won't have to pay state/local sales tax.
