Used 2018 Tesla Model 3 Performance AWD (Rebuilt) for sale in Eden Prairie, MN

Summary:

This is a California Salvage Certificate car that has been repaired by my partner and I back to excellent mechanical condition and very good interior cosmetic condition. Due to shipping damage on the way from California to Minnesota there are a few remaining external cosmetic issues. These don't affect the performance of the car and could be ignored or repaired at the buyer's discretion.

I have spoken on the phone to the previous owner and have lots of information about the car, the accident that caused the total loss, the auction sale to me, and the history since then including repairs to the vehicle. I have a Carfax report so you can see what this looks like in public records.

I want to represent this car accurately and I want the buyer to be happy with the sale. Please contact me if there are any concerns or questions! The major benefit to buying this car is that you will get a Model 3 Performance, with the 'Full Self Driving' option at a much lower cost than would otherwise be possible!

Details:

This car was purchased in January of this year in Los Angeles by the original owner. In April it was in a low speed accident with another car that ran a stop sign on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles. The accident damaged the front right fender, wheel/shock and the bumper. The accident was not large (I have pictures from the accident) but because there were two people in the car and the other car clipped one of the airbag sensors 6 airbags went off, including those in the steering wheel, dash and curtains. The insurance company (CSAA) decided to total the car rather than repair it, even though I believe repairing it would have been far more cost effective for them!

The car was auctioned in May to my partner and I, and was shipped via hauler from CA to MN in the last week of May. Along the way it was damaged cosmetically in several areas. Some of those areas have been repaired, but a few remain - see pictures.

We mechanically repaired the car using parts from another Model 3 we dismantled, a few parts purchased online, and then we repaired a couple parts via vendors as well. We have receipts for each of these.

We have driven the car for a few weeks post repair to ensure everything is working as intended.

There are no concerns that would prevent anyone from driving this car daily, and I will keep it and drive it myself if my other Model 3 sells before this one does!

Battery in good health - low miles and mostly charged at the previous owner's home in the Hollywood Hills.
