Vehicle Description
Specs: 1993 Mercury Cougar with the XR-7 performance package. Ford Windsor "High Output" 5.0L V8 (same as cop cars, taxis, and F-150s, it won't leave you stranded!) with a four speed automatic trans.
The good:
-Virtually new tires, less than 10k miles
-Only 78k miles, very low for this engine
-Frame is not rusted at all, and body rust is minimal
-All lights work and automatic seat belts, so no pesky traffic stops
-Starts right up in the cold
-New battery, brake master cylinder, heater hose, tires, Bluetooth radio, etc.
The bad:
-Cosmetically a C+. This car is for those who own their own style.
-Bit of a rattle from a loose heat shield, so not the quietest vehicle in the neighborhood - but not too bad
-Passenger side door arm rest is missing - plenty of room on their lap!
-You will have lots of gals/guys asking for your phone number
-Beer not included (but I'll throw in a bootleg Grateful Dead album if you'd like)
