Vehicle Description
Looking to sell my 97 Jeep ZJ Grand Cherokee to get a more family friendly off-road toy. I drove it to and from most trails so I took it easy on the trails so it would make it home. Thanks to the pandemic I only took it for a spin around the block once last summer. Time for something new.
What it has:
6” lift (believe it is Iron Rock Off-road)
Front axle is a high pinion Dana 30 with ratchet locker and diff bash guard
Rear axle is a Ford 8.8 with Spartans ratchet locker
35” pro comp tires
Bead lock wheels
Steel bumpers front and rear
Badlands 12,000 lbs winch
Rock lights in wheel wells and Rigid industries lights on front bumper.
Quick disconnect sway bar
Snorkel
Power window work on front 2 doors
Optima battery
Things to know
4.0 inline 6 had block repaired for small water leak.
Slow leak on power steering fluid.
Steering box has play. Still works for off-road use but you will want to replace if you plan to drive it on the road.
Off road Lights present but not currently working. Either a fuse or ground wire is lose.
Some body damage from trail riding. Still has all windows.
Miles on speedometer are not actual
