Used 99 Land Rover Disco II for sale in Pisgah Forest, NC
Vehicle Description
Bought last year as a project car. I replaced a a few items on the vehicle so that effects the asking price. I went through the process of restoration, replaced the heads just to discover the block was cracked. I won't lie to you like the last guy lied to me when he sold it. I would keep working on it but I just had a baby.
New Parts (what I paid):
Refurbished Heads -$500 w/ 5 yr warranty
Battery - $150
Spark Plug Wires - $80
Air Filter
Knock Sensor
Air Flow Sensor
Windshield - $500
I just put brand new Pathfinder 32" tires on it before discovering the crack in the block. Paid $800 but will let them go for $600/OBO. Otherwise, the old tires will go back on.
Let's talk! Learned a lot about land rover rebuilding with this. The local Land Rover mechanic Guru @ Blue Ridge Rover Works is familiar with the vehicle and ready to drop an engine in it if you don't part it out.
Features:
The body has been lifted a few inches.
Has custom welded front and rear bumpers.
I have a ladder for the rear, just hasn't been installed.
