The interior keeps the classic beach machine vibe going while also utilizing the right investments for added comfort. For example, both rows of seats have newer seat covers, and the coordinating side panels have a very clean and updated style. We particularly like the added bamboo and woven floor panels. You can just imagine how walking across them barefoot will feel just like your only little tiny hut on a remote beach. And getting to the ocean is easy in this van. The classic thin/grippy steering wheel, tall gearshift, and VDO gauges are all pure classic VW.
