Recently purchased a newer AWD vehicle and no longer need this older RWD.
Drove it to the local mechanic for a pre-sale inspection last week and they recommended the following repairs and replacements:

Front tires
Rear brakes
O2 sensor
Tire sensor
Exhaust pipe
And airbag light is on
Mileage is 175k and price is $1200 firm.
