I am selling a very rare / one year production like new 2006 Chevy Suburban LTZ with the Z71 appearance package group. This is a 2 owner SUV that has been garaged since new. It has been well maintained, has never been in an accident and has a clean title. It has a perfect car fax report and I have the clean title in hand to prove everything I state.

This Suburban is a must see and drive to believe the condition it is in! This is also a rare needle in a hay stack find being as this was a very, very limited production in 2006(especially in this color). There isn't another one for sale anywhere, let alone another 2006 Suburban in better shape than mine. This was the last year of production in this body style. GM decided to take the best of the best from multiple models and made a limited production 2006 Suburban LTZ. This is basically a Tahoe Denali. Almost every single LTZ made had black, silver and white exterior with tan interior. This one has sport red metallic exterior with grey interior.

It has the 20" wheels from the Silverado SS, the exterior trim of the Z71 except even classier with chrome roof rack, larger chrome running boards, black ground effects(not grey like the Z71) Denali/Escalade chrome door handles, chrome front grill instead of painted, one solid color interior(instead of two tone) as well as all of the other features that the Denali came with like the 6.0 V8 engine and all wheel drive. The suspension is the same as the Denali as well is every single other drive train component.

This SUV runs and drives like new. It has only 160k miles. There are no mechanical issues or leaks. In fact the transmission was fully rebuilt earlier this week and comes with a 12 month/12,000 mile fully transferable warranty. The engine, transmission, suspension, steering, alignment, brakes and AWD are in perfect condition. Nothing is needed any time soon except for a new home. It has good tires and brakes. It has a new radiator, coolant, oil, transmission fluid, rear end fluid, transfer case fluid, front differential fluid, etc...

This is the top of the line model that was made to be exactly the same in every way as the GMC Denali XL and Cadillac Escalade ESV. It has power windows, locks, mirrors, cruise, tilt wheel, aftermarket Alpine CD with bluetooth, rear DVD entertainment, dual front air bags, rear air, moon roof, key less entry, etc... It also has leather interior, heated seats, rear captains chairs, third row that seats 7 total, fog lights, roof rack, running boards, tow package, the Z71 appearance package, premium chrome 20" alloy wheels and much more. Everything works exactly as it should including all windows, locks and heated seats.

The interior and exterior are in like new/excellent condition! The exterior paint shines like new and there is no paint fade anywhere on the exterior. There is no body damage, noticeable scratches or door dings. There are no cracks in the windshield or lights. All trim and bumpers are in excellent shape. The leather is perfect and has no rips or tears. The dash, headliner, carpet, original floor mats, door panels and all panels are in excellent condition.

This is the nicest 2001-2006 Suburban you will find for sale. These are the most reliable American SUV's ever made!!! Especially if you are the kind of person who takes care of them like I do. The last 2002 Tahoe I owned had a little over 315k miles before I sold it. No major repairs were done to it besides one transmission rebuild and it needed nothing when it went to the new owner.

Go look at all of the other junk for sale that is completely misrepresented and then come look at mine for a breath of fresh air. This Suburban is as nice as it gets! I am a very straight forward, honest person so don't waste my time. The first person to see it will buy it for sure.

The price is very fair and firm. These transmissions cost over $3,000 to have rebuilt. Good things aren't cheap and cheap things are rarely ever good!
