This van was built out 3-4 years ago and got to go on some super fun adventures! I really hate to let her go, but life has taken a different, more settled, turn and needs to be sold :(. It has everything you need!

For a big/tall van it’s great on gas and drives like a champ! A lot of thought went into building it as lightweight as possible and I love driving it around town more than I do my small SUV. Easily fits into any parking spot. The engine and transmission feels great as it zips up hills… and the maintenance, oil changes, etc have been diligently kept up. There are a couple of dents from reversing into a tree (pre-back up camera purchase) but I’ve been told they’d be easy to work out- just never bothered me enough to fix them.

I’m an architect and occasionally worked remotely out of the van. There’s a spot that can be used a standing/sitting desk area and I installed a really high-end inverter to run computer equipment/printer/etc …you can basically run any type of appliance or power tool off this inverter. I’m super happy with the layout. There's a spot to stand up shortboards and hang longboards. The couch pulls out into a full sized bed- it’s quick slide in/slide out design which provides a bunch of hang-out space when slid into a couch. A lot of people arrange their vans with a loft bed in back, but I find this makes the van feel constricted and small- especially when there are multiple people. I also like how easy it is to walk from the driver’s seat to the back or haul longer items for house projects, etc.

I have $1,500 worth of windows (a small slider to go above the sink and a large slider to go above the bed). There is framing all ready to accept the windows (behind the paneling) if you’re interested installing them. We changed our minds and decided the lack of windows was better for privacy and incognito city sleeping so they never got installed. I’m sure I can sell them to someone else doing a van project or we can discuss throwing them in.

I know vans are selling fast right now so showings and test drives will be for serious buyers only … and proof of financing approval will get you to the top of the list.

-500 amp hour deep cycle house battery that can be charged by “shore power” or by the van’s alternator which automatically connects/disconnects. Run the engine= charge the house batteries. I liked this system better so we didn’t have to park in the sun to charge the batteries and you’re never stuck with a dead start up battery!! This battery is brand new (never used)
-Aims 2000 Watt & 6000 Watt Surge 12 VDC input to 120 VAC Output Pure Sine Inverter/Charger. Can basically plug anything into this just as you would in your house… and it can work in the opposite direction when you plug the van into shore power.
-Battery Monitor
- 1 brand new starter battery (like 5 start ups on it)
-Blue Sea Systems ATO/ATC Fuse Blocks
-Multiple AC, DC & USB outlets
-Lights on a dimmer switch

Water & Plumbing:
- 42 gallon fresh water tank with all food grade tubing, etc.
- 3M sediment filter before the tank to keep it clean
- Food grade hose for filling up from a hose bib
