Used Mitsubishi Montero Limited - Great runner, not pretty - cars &... for sale in Gilbert, MN

Here are the ups and downs:
*180,000 miles approx..
*White, grey, rusty in areas, dented in and rusty on front and rear PS panels (previous owner = overconfident+under-skilled).
*Crack across windshield and rear window gone (plastic and duck tape works wonderfully).
*4×4.
*Newly replaced both front wheel hubs and bearings, PS ball joints (I have the DS ball joints on hand but ran out of time).
*Brakes and muffler good.
*Front ABS lines lopped off.
*Interior is nice. Decent hauling capacity, front heated seats and comfortable rear seats (Not sure about the last row...never used them).
*New spare. DS rear tire leaks a bit (I have a patch kit...but I prefer my compressor). You could probably get another season or two out of the tires. The DS needs those ball joints soon and also the tie rod end (negative tow on tire; front tires were switched when last hub was replaced).
*Dash temp gauge reads the engine runs hot but it doesn't. Probably a sensor problem. That being said, the electric fan does not run (but it works) so bypassing the works and running a switch inside is an idea. Not the right way, but one way.
*DS Tail/Brake light missing assembly (red tape and new bulb in the glove compartment; two other working lights keep it legal).
*Check Engine Light is on but the OBD test code shows an O2 sensor.
*Leaks oil. This is the only mechanically failing issue I have with this truck. I'm thinking a gasket but I'm honestly not sure. It started leaking a couple of weeks prior to me parking it for the wheel hub replacement. It's gotten a bit worse but I keep an eye on the oil level.
*Other than the oil problem, great engine, fluids always on the level, no ticks.
