Used Old Honda CRV 1300 obo for sale in Keaau, HI

I have a 2000 Honda CR-V, yes it has a B-52 engine, that I want to sell. It's been good to me, considering I've driven it between Kona and Puna over Saddle Road and around Hamakua for two years. It's a family car, I regularly commute with my two little daughters in it. The interior is onyx pleather, the front driver's seat is torn pretty badly on the seat, but the other seats are good with normal wear. There are small dents around the car, from previous owners (could be popped out easily by someone who does auto body).
The A/C works and is cold, but if the belt under the hood was tightened the A/C could be colder. From what I can see, there is one small rust spot on the front driver door, on the inside. It's still small so it's fixable. Other than the cosmetics, it runs good. I had the top half of the engine replaced a couple of years ago (blew the head gasket but my mechanic who fixed it did good and is reputable) at around 170,000 miles along with a transmission fluid change.
It's an old 4-cylinder so it does not hold much power or speed up Saddle Road, but it has never given me problems driving through there. Just check the motor oil, coolant, and power steering fluid (duh). Oh, yes there is a leak in the rack and pinion but I put pinion boots on there about three years ago and it slows it down, still check the power steering fluid and if you want, change the rack and pinion.
I had the CV axle taken out because it was giving me problems with clunking-it made my Honda bumpy at times when I was driving and became a hazard, so it's a fwd not an awd now. But, you can put one in if you like, though I would ask around what caused the CV axle to clunk before putting one in-that problem hasn't happened since I removed it.
If it does need anything now, I would say another ATF change, alignment, possibly the belt tightened or changed (it drives well but just because high mileage and idk when it was last changed), and if you wanted to go extra then hoses and plugs. The cosmetics, there are mismatched seat covers on the front seats and I can give you my mechanic's number for other things.
It's overall a nice (not mint or like new) family car or maybe teen's first car. It is reliable, and with some minor TLC (nothing hard) can be a very nice older compact SUV. It is a perfect Hawaii car. I know my honesty doesn't sound like a selling point, but I'd rather put everything out there. Anyway, this is for someone realistic who wants to own something outright instead of payments. I don't want to sell this car because I do love my Honda CR-V, I just need some money and can use my really old car for now.
