Used Porsche 944 for sale, 24 hours of Lemons for sale in Santa Cruz, CA
Vehicle Description
We bought a rare find for a Lemons car for slightly more than $500 (towed it home for $400), bought a $1200 roll cage, tore out the inside of the car to prep for welding the cage. Originally we targeted the May race at Sonoma, but fiances, gfs, boats, new jobs, other hobbies happened.
Long story short. We failed at Lemons and need to get rid of this car. Looking for someone to finish the project we started.
The car will not run. We did not fix the broken drive shaft.The engine will start, under the right conditions. There was recently an engine rebuild according to the seller. There is an electrical issue that kills the battery during storage, however it looks like it stays running. There is no key for ignition, converting over to push start. The seats are not bolted down. Body looks like it is in good shape. There was a collision according to the vin, but that was in the front corner. No title, this was bought from a junk yard. Has a pretty awesome Lemons theme paint job.
The roll cage is negotiable as well. That was quite a long lead item. We have a Auto Power Industries, U-Weld Full Cage Kit, designed for Lemons rules.
