Paintless dent repair is for door dings and minor dents where the paint is undamaged - not for collision damage. If the paint is chipped, cracked or otherwise damaged (possibly okay - shallow scratch marks) then paintless dent repair may make more paint come off, and deep, complex damage (especially on body lines) may make PDR impossible or impractical (due to time = cost). That being said - paintless dent removal, at times, can really save a car, and sometimes it is worth it to pay for the time required to undo the damage (for example, hail damage).

A typical dent costs between $100-$300, to repair, but that is just an average, and often there are multiple dents, or other variables that make the damage harder, take longer, use multiple methods, or may not be able to achieve a perfect result. All these variables effect the cost. If it will cost more than your insurance deductible, we will discuss that at your assessment (free estimate/consultation).

You may need to bring the car in for assessment, since pictures can only convey so much, and there are no guarantees that damage is 100% fixable, since each situation is unique, but you will be given an estimate before any work is started.

If you are unable to provide a picture, texted to the contact number, then call between the hours of 9AM-6PM, Monday - Saturday, and we are happy to assist you. If you can't send pictures, mobile service is not available, and you will have to bring the car in for an estimate (we can schedule the estimate and the repair for the same appointment - if you are honest in a telephone consultation, we will have a good idea of what to expect - minimizing the damage is not going to save any money, it will just complicate things for us both, and probably waste your time and ours, because if there is extensive damage, paintless dent removal is probably not going to achieve the desired result). Also, if there is a lot of paint damage, and you tell us that you don't care what it looks like... you won't be happy with the result, either. If your car is worth it (newer, valuable, you love it) then sometimes you have to ante up and get the repair done by a bodyshop, it's just the laws of physics, there is no magic wand to erase bad damage from a painted surface, without repainting.
